CAPTESSAR AVIATION ACADEMY was created in 2011, by Capt. S R Meena, while working as Pilot Instructor with various flying clubs and organisations.Main motive of Captessar Aviation Academy was to offer free classes to candidates who were not able to join commercial coaching. First batch was started to help aspiring pilots to achieve their dreams of flight with just 6 students. It was the only institute of its time in which coaching was provided by DGCA rated Flight/Ground Instructors for all CPL/ATPL subjects i.e. Air Navigation, Radio and Instruments, Technical general, Air regulation and Aviation Meteorology. Later in 2015 Captessar Aviation Academy opened its 2nd branch in Jamshedpur and 3rd in Bhopal and 4th at Juhu beach in Mumbai.
